Alliance Laundry Systems LLC in Wisconsin seeks a shift supervisor to lead a team of 8–12 operators on a fast-paced production floor. You will run pre-shift huddles, coach staff, enforce safety and quality standards, and monitor KPIs across shifts to meet production goals.

The role requires servant-leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and experience in manufacturing. A high school diploma and pre-employment checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of 8–12 operators per shift and partner with a Group Leader.
• Run daily pre-shift meetings covering safety, quality, HR, and production targets.
• Coach and onboard new team members; ensure PPE and workplace safety.
• Track KPIs, audit Standard Work, and drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate production or systemic issues to supervisors and document learnings.
• Utilize SAP to aid in the manufacturing process and maintain accurate area metrics.

You kick off with a focused pre-shift huddle covering safety, quality, HR notes, and production goals. You coach newer operators, make sure everyone has the right PPE, and keep an eye on the hour-by-hour plan. When problems pop up, you lead the first response, escalate systemic issues to your Group Leader, and document what you learn so the next shift starts ahead, not behind.
