Job Description

The Production/Prep Cook is responsible for preparing products, following recipes, and setting up and maintaining a visually appealing produce bar according to Fuddruckers SER standards and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Ability to speak, read, and write English at a basic level
• Use of cutting gloves according to company guidelines
• Excellent guest service and verbal communication skills
• Positive and upbeat attitude
• Willingness to cross-train in other restaurant areas
• Professional appearance (see uniform standards)
• Ability to multitask
• Team player with a high sense of urgency
• Physical activities include standing or walking for 6 to 8 hours, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 30 pounds, carrying, talking, and sitting
