El Rio Grande is seeking an experienced Meat Cutter (Butcher) with excellent butcher skills to join our team. In this role, you will break down beef, pork, poultry, and other meat products into various cuts and weigh them for sale. The Meat Cutter must adhere to all refrigeration safety and sanitation standards. You are also encouraged to advise customers on cooking techniques.
