Job summary

Russian River Brewing Company in Windsor is seeking an experienced Production Brewer to join our brewery team. You will be responsible for brewing our world class RRBC beers and upholding quality standards.

The role requires hands-on work in our 75bbl and 20bbl facilities, strong teamwork, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Minimum 2 years of production brewing experience and ProLeit brewhouse familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of production brewing experience.
ProLeit or comparable brewhouse automation experience.
Bachelor's degree in Brewing, Chemistry, or a related science preferred.
A strong commitment to quality, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Cleaning and sanitation of the brewhouse and cellar.
Perform all brewhouse and cellar work at 75bbl production facility and 20bbl pub facility.
Wort production and CIP tanks and equipment.
Operate centrifuge and filter; dry hop tanks; carbonate beer.
All cellar work with an eye toward low DO; assist bottling line.
Operate the keg racker (lift 1/2 bbl keg onto pallet); report issues.
Collaborate with maintenance and QC lab; perform other duties as needed.
