Job summary

Russian River Brewing Company in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking an experienced Production Brewer to join our 75bbl production facility and 20bbl pub team. The role focuses on wort production, CIP, filtration, carbonation, and maintaining low DO while supporting the bottling line.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of production brewing, familiarity with ProLeit or similar automation, and a brewing-related degree preferred. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of production brewing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Brewing, Chemistry, or a related science preferred.
ProLeit or comparable brewhouse automation experience.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize brewing areas.
Perform all brewhouse and cellar work at our 75bbl production facility and 20bbl pub facility.
Wort production and CIP of tanks and equipment.
Operate centrifuge and filter; dry hop tanks; carbonate beer.
All cellar work with focus on low DO; assist bottling line.
Report mechanical issues to maintenance or supervisor and collaborate with QC/QA staff.
