Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Napoleon, OH, is seeking a Production Engineer to develop a strategic automation program that improves reliability, efficiency, energy use and manufacturing practices across the plant.

You will lead efforts to optimize molding and automated processes, oversee equipment, mentor teams, and partner with design to push innovations while maintaining safety and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership implementing automation.
• Experience improving reliability and efficiency in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive risk reduction through hazard analysis and safety improvements.
• Direct teams to troubleshoot, install, repair and maintain processes and equipment.
• Oversee automated systems and robotics for optimal plant performance.
• Lead automation improvement projects and diagnostic monitoring.
• Plan capital projects and support molding process improvements.
• Collaborate with design teams to bring process innovations to products.
