Job summary

Stratix Corporation in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Production Automation Engineer to develop and support staging automation for customer projects, focusing on First Article development and ongoing production support.

The PAE works with Mobile Solutions Engineers across the project lifecycle to ensure automation meets requirements, quality standards, and SLA timelines while driving improvements and sharing lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technology, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years IT experience with mobility systems/devices.
• Experience with iOS, Android, Windows OS platforms.
• Familiarity with EMM/MDM (Workspace ONE, Knox, JAMF, Intune, SOTI).
• Certifications such as ACSP and Android Enterprise are a plus.
• Solid knowledge of WLAN/WWAN networking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage and solve production issues related to automation with urgency.
• Coordinate with team leads and SMEs to communicate status and drive completion.
• Capture lessons learned to drive process improvement.
• All other duties as assigned.
