Job summary

Empower is seeking a Technical Operations Analyst to support EASY-based financial processing and automate backend workflows. You will coordinate production tasks and triage issues to ensure SLA compliance.

You will partner with Bangalore counterparts, drive automation opportunities, and deliver excellent service while maintaining system reliability. Strong Unix, workload automation, and customer-focused skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
Minimum 4 years of production support for back-end, transactional processing systems.
3 years configuring and monitoring program execution in a workforce automation tool.
3 years providing technical support of an enterprise software in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

Performs technical triage on EASY system applications to diagnose root cause and resolve within SLAs.
Acts as a liaison between Systems Application Support and development teams to report defects.
Uses AutoSys to schedule, monitor, and manage back-end applications for transactional processing.
Responds to service tickets and communicates status to business users and clients.
Proposes automation opportunities and leads initiatives to mitigate backend issues.
