Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to assemble premium windows and doors using hand and power tools in a safety-first environment. You will learn with an experienced training team, cross-train across departments, and work in a climate-controlled facility with strong wellness benefits.

Various shift options with overtime are offered, including Monday–Thursday or Friday–Sunday schedules, with pay differentials per shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Ability to read and follow written instructions clearly.
• Proficient with computers for basic tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and power tools in a production setting.
• Read and follow visual instructions on screens to match parts to production lines.
• Cross-train across departments to add variety to the workday.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report quality issues.
