Job summary

BlueScope Buildings North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate to support loading, unloading, and preparation of materials using conveyors and equipment in our U.S. facility.

You’ll work nights (10:00pm–6:00am) with occasional overtime, earning $19.95/hour plus a $2.00/hour shift differential. • Maintain housekeeping and 5-S standards.

We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals to assist in the production process by loading and unloading material from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment; supplying or holding materials or tools; inspecting or wrapping; as well as stacking and banding material or products. Hours and Pay

Hours are Sunday night - Friday morning 10:00pm-6:00am with some OT required. Pay for this position is $19.95/hour and will include a $2.00/hour shift differential

What You’ll Do

• Load Materials: loads and unloads material from machines, conveyors, etc.
• Prepare and Assemble: Assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or tools.
• Ensure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.
• Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Maintain and Organize: Support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5‑S practices.
