Job summary

BlueScope Buildings is seeking a Production Associate to support the production process by loading/unloading materials from machines, conveyors, and mobile equipment. You will assist in assembling materials with a torque gun and help place products on equipment or work surfaces, while ensuring quality through measurements and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Load materials from machines, conveyors, and other equipment.
• Prepare and assemble materials using a torque gun and place on equipment/work surfaces.
• Perform inspections with measuring tools to ensure materials meet specifications.
• Participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.
• Support housekeeping and maintain organization (5-S).
