Job summary

BlueScope is hiring a Production Associate in Kirschner, Missouri to support production by loading and unloading material from machines and conveyors, supplying tools, and preparing materials for processing. You will work with the team to ensure smooth material flow and adherence to safety guidelines.

You will wrap, stack, and band material, assist in crate construction, and actively participate in 5-S housekeeping and continuous improvement efforts to maintain an efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent obtained.
• Basic computer skills to operate simple systems.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material from machines, conveyors, and equipment.
• Assist in placing products on equipment or work surfaces and supply tools.
• Wrap, stack, and band material or products; build crates.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5-S; participate in continuous improvement activities.
