Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled facility with safety as a priority. You will be trained across functions, assembling windows and related components using various tools and automation.

The role emphasizes clear English communication and collaboration with the supervisor to resolve issues. Expect overtime on all shifts and a benefits-rich package including health coverage from day one, PTO, a 401(k) match, and a built-in pay raise after six

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
