Job summary

Marvin is seeking a production associate for its climate-controlled facility. You’ll be trained in every aspect of the role and will build windows using various tools and automated equipment.

You’ll work with a team, communicating in English, reading instructions from a computer screen, and troubleshooting alongside your supervisor. Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
