Job summary

Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in a climate-controlled facility where safety comes first. You will be trained in every aspect of the role, assembling windows and related components with a team in a clean, well-lit environment.

Responsibilities include reading instructions, operating tools, and troubleshooting with supervision. You may cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and earning potential while preserving reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English with your team, both written and orally.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with your supervisor.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and increase earnings.
