Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety is the top priority. You will be trained in every aspect of the role, assembling windows and related components with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include using tools and automated equipment, reading instructions, and collaborating with supervision to troubleshoot issues. You will have opportunities to Crosstrain across departments and increase earning potential through

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
