Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Production Associate to join our climate-controlled facility. You will be trained in every aspect of the role and set up for success from day one, with clear safety priorities. This physical job involves moving throughout the day and working with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
