Earn up to $46,600 in your first year with overtime opportunities and an $21.96 hourly base, plus a robust benefits package with 85% employer-paid medical coverage and a 3% 401k company contribution with matches. You will operate and set up production equipment, perform quality checks, and rotate through tasks in a clean, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Pass an aptitude test covering basic math, directions and diagrams.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Able to use hand/power tools and measurement devices.
• Able to communicate effectively and follow written instructions.
• Basic computer literacy for production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and package components using hand and power tools.
• Perform tasks in a steady-paced production environment and rotate positions as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and complete required documentation.
• Set up and operate various machines and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 6S principles.
• Use computers for production data entry and label creation.
• Operate material handling equipment and PPE as required.
• Attend shifts and work overtime as needed.
