Qualifications

• Pass an aptitude test covering basic math, directions and diagrams.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
• Able to use hand and power tools, measuring equipment.
• Able to communicate effectively and understand instructions.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and package components using hand and power tools per instructions and blueprints.
• Perform a variety of tasks in a steady-paced production environment.
• Complete quality checks and required documentation.
• Set up and operate machines and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and maintain 6S cleanliness.
• Use computer for production-related tasks and labeling.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks/lifts.
• Rotate through positions as needed in production.
• Wear appropriate PPE and maintain attendance for overtime.
