Job summary

Henkel's Adhesive Technologies unit is hiring a manufacturing operator in Warren, MI. You will load, process raw materials, package products, and maintain clean, safe work areas according to 5S standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, comfort with safety rules and OSHA standards, and occasional overtime or shift changes. The job offers health insurance, PTO, 401(k) matching, and performance bonuses. Hourly pay is $25.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards and communicate effectively with coworkers and management.
• Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment and manually lift 50 lb. bags for extended periods.

The hourly pay rate for this role is $25.00. This rate reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
