Summary

We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join as Production Associates in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and safety in poultry processing. Responsibilities include working with cooked products across various tasks such as packing, palletizing, grinding, marination, stacking, overwrapping, and quality control.

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely along the production line
• Inspect products for quality and consistency
• Package and label finished products accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment to ensure food safety
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Minimum Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Preferred

• Experience in protein processing or manufacturing is a plus

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

In plant environments, candidates should be able to:

• Work on wet, moist, or metal/plastic grated floors
• Stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Lifting objects up to 50 lbs by reaching, bending, or pushing
• Wear PPE such as gloves, glasses, and ear protection
• Work in temperatures between 28°F and 100°F
• Handle products at temperatures from 25°F to 50°F
• Operate in noise levels from 50 to 110 dB
• Be exposed to dust, feathers, chemicals, and occasional vapors
