Summary

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Production Associates. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and safety standards in poultry processing, including working with live poultry and raw products. Responsibilities may include live hang, debone, cut up, evisceration, marination, stack off, Multivac, overwrap, and sanitation.

Shift(s)

• Monday – Friday, approximately 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Sunday-Thursday, approximately 10:30 pm - 8:00 am

Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and according to procedures
• Inspect poultry products for quality
• Package and label finished products accurately
• Maintain a clean work environment to ensure food safety
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Minimum Education

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Preferred

• Experience in protein processing or manufacturing is advantageous

Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements

In a plant environment, candidates should be able to:

• Tolerate exposure to wet, moist floors, metal and plastic surfaces
• Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Lifting and moving objects up to 50 lbs
• Wear PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection
• Work in varying temperatures from 28°F to 100°F
• Handle products at temperatures between 25°F and 50°F
• Be exposed to noise levels from 50 dB to 110 dB
• Be exposed to dust, feathers, chemicals, and occasional vapors
