Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with normal shipping and receiving methods.
• Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Some computer experience including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Works well in a team environment to ensure all merchandise is shipped securely and promptly.
• Must be computer savvy and learn in-house programs and systems.
• Familiar with FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping programs.
• Accurate processing of orders.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and free of safety hazards.
• Must be available for overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.
