Digital Room LLC in Solon, OH is hiring for a Production Associate (Freight Packer). The role centers on accurate order processing and secure shipping of customer merchandise in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

You will learn in-house systems and work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS programs. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong organization and communication skills and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Familiar with shipping and receiving methods and carriers.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workload.
• Flexible with changing priorities and overtime when needed.
• Some computer experience including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer merchandise is shipped securely and promptly.
• Learn in-house programs and systems.
• Maintain familiarity with FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping programs.
• Accurately process orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with procedures.
• Ensure tools and workstation are in good condition and hazard-free.
• Work overtime as required by business needs.
• Proactively perform other duties as assigned.
