Job summary

One Source Manufacturing Headquarters in Leander, TX is seeking a Production Associate to support deburring, bonding, cleaning, assembling or packaging components, following blueprints and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Deburr, bond, clean, assemble or package components.
• Use hand tools and pneumatic equipment to meet blueprint specifications and follow work instructions.
• Run prototype and production lots; maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.
• Perform machine shop tasks as directed.
• Detect and report defective materials or conditions to management.
• Maintain clean work area and follow 5S and safety procedures.
• Process work orders through the ERP system.
• Complete NCMRs to identify non-conforming product or material.
• Monitor training requirements on a weekly basis.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• The Production Associate aids in the manufacturing process by deburring, bonding, cleaning, assembling or packaging components.
• Utilizes hand tools and pneumatic equipment to achieve blueprint specifications or maintain compliance for area‑specific work instructions.
• Runs prototype and production lots, maintaining a safe, organized and clean work environment.
• Performs all assigned machine shop tasks as directed.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures, work instructions and 5S practices.
• Processes work orders through the ERP system.
• Completes NCMRs to identify non‑conforming product or material.
• Monitors required training on a weekly basis.

Work Environment

Employees frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. Physical demands include talking, hearing, standing, walking, using hands to handle and feel, reaching with hands and arms, and lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
