Job summary

One Source Manufacturing Technology in Leander, Texas, is seeking a Production Associate to support the manufacturing process including deburring, bonding, cleaning, assembling and packaging components. You will use hand tools and pneumatic equipment to meet blueprint specifications and follow area work instructions.

Responsibilities include running prototype and production lots, maintaining a safe, organized work environment, processing work orders through ERP, and reporting any defects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• US ITAR compliance: must be US citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).

Job Location: One Source Manufacturing Headquarters – Leander, TX 78641

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• The Production Associate aids in the manufacturing process by deburring, bonding, cleaning, assembling or packaging components.
• Utilizes hand tools and pneumatic equipment to achieve blueprint specifications or maintain compliance for area‑specific work instructions.
• Runs prototype and production lots, maintaining a safe, organized and clean work environment.
• Performs all assigned machine shop tasks as directed.
• Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to management or designee.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures, work instructions and 5S practices.
• Processes work orders through the ERP system.
• Completes NCMRs to identify non‑conforming product or material.
• Monitors required training on a weekly basis.

Work Environment

Employees frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. Physical demands include talking, hearing, standing, walking, using hands to handle and feel, reaching with hands and arms, and lifting, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds.
