Job summary

Reeb Millwork, an SBP Brand, is seeking a Production Associate to read routing and perform work as assigned by the department supervisor. You will sew, cut, clip, hook, and assemble materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished products, then label and package them for shipment.

As part of a values-based organization, you will work to maintain production on schedule boards, report issues to supervision, palletize finished goods, and keep the work area clean and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment working on production equipment.
• Prior lumber experience desired; engineered lumber experience preferred.
• Forklift experience and certification preferred but not required.
• Must have basic math and analytical skills.
• Must be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team Lead/Shift supervisor experience preferred.
• Self-starter, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to read tickets, SKUs, UPC labels and reports.

Responsibilities

• Read routing and perform work as assigned by department supervisor.
• Se w s cuts, clips, hooks or assemble materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product.
• Attach labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
• Track production on schedule boards.
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
