Reeb Millwork Corp., an SBP Brand, is seeking a Production Assembler in Smithfield, RI. This full-time role is on a Monday–Friday schedule, with shift starting at 6:00 AM and an initial two-week mentorship.

You will assemble interior and exterior door units with hand tools and electric tools, prepare materials to exact measurements, read work orders, and help achieve safety, quality and production targets to qualify for quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for assembly using exact measurements.
• Read work orders to ensure accurate assembly in the warehouse.
• Adjust parts to meet quality standards.
• Meet safety, quality and production goals to qualify for quarterly bonuses.
• Adhere to company safety standards in all tasks.

Job description

Reeb Millwork, an SBP Brand, is currently looking for a Production Assembler to join our VALUES based organization.

The Production Assembler position is scheduled M-F out of Smithfield, RI. The start time of the shift is 6:00 AM and full-time assemblers can leave once the day's production is finished. Assemblers will spend their first 2 weeks shadowing a mentor to learn the responsibilities and safety processes of the role. After the 2-week period the employee will be a full member of the assembly team and will be entrusted to use the machinery required for their role.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Ability to use hand tools, staple guns and other electric tools when necessary
• Using kitted frame parts and prepped doors, assemble interior and exterior door units
• Prep material for assembly using exact measurements
• Read work orders to ensure accuracy of assembly within warehouse
• Make necessary repairs or adjustments to ensure quality compliance
• Hit safety, quality and production goals to receive a bonus at the end of each quarter
• Conduct all activities in a safe manner, adhering to company safety standards

Starting Pay based on experience: $19.50+/hr.
