Job summary

Reeb Millwork Corp. is seeking a Production Associate to read routing, perform assembly tasks, and label and package finished goods. The role supports the department supervisor and requires attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will track production on schedule boards, communicate issues, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace while handling sub-assemblies and finished products. forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment working on production equipment.
• Prior lumber experience desired. Engineered Lumber experience is preferred.
• Forklift experience and forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Must have basic math and analytical skills.
• Must be computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Team Lead/Shift supervisor experience is preferred.
• Self-starter, pro-active and able to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Read routing and perform work as assigned by department supervisor.
• Sews cuts, clips, hooks or otherwise assembles materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
• Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
• Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
• Track production on schedule boards.
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
• Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
