Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a production associate in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role is onsite with a Monday–Thursday schedule, 3:00pm–1:30am, with OT as needed. You will assemble mechanical and electrical components, follow detailed instructions, and maintain quality and production records.

You will use manufacturing systems to document processes, support continuous improvement efforts, and help meet schedules while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Eligible for bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Attention to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products.
• Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to meet specifications.
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures.
• Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records.
• Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations.
• Perform basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of the work area.
• Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and finished products across one or more product lines
• Prepare, process, install, rework, test, and inspect components to ensure quality specifications are met
• Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and test procedures to complete builds accurately
• Monitor, document, and maintain production and quality records in accordance with company standards
• Meet production schedules, build rates, and cycle time expectations
• Perform basic set-up, work preparation, cleanup, and quality checks of your work area
• Utilize computers and manufacturing systems to support documentation and production processes
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, supporting 6S and continuous improvement initiatives

Work Flexibility
