Job summary

AAF International is seeking an assembler to produce filters by assembling media into frames, applying urethane, and securing components. Responsibilities include maintaining frame alignment and pleat counts to meet specifications in a fast-paced production line.

Qualifications include ability to read a tape measure and understand written work instructions; 6 months of manufacturing experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is acceptable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filters by inserting media into pre-assembled frames and securing with bolts or staples.
• Clean off excess urethane from frames before moving to next stage.
• Confirm frame is square and matches specifications.
• Measure pleat count where applicable.
• Produce quality filters meeting company specifications in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Assemble filters – put various types of media into pre-assembled filter frames; pour urethane and secure together by various measures, such as, bolts staples, etc.
• Clean off excess urethane from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage (where applicable).
• Confirm frame is square based on the filter specifications provided.
• Measure and maintain correct pleat count (where applicable).
• Produce quality filters and meet Company specifications in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
