Job summary

AAF International seeks a production assembler to build filters by inserting media into pre-assembled frames, pouring urethane, and securing parts using bolts or staples in a fast-paced line.

You will verify frames are square, check pleat counts, and help maintain quality to meet company specifications, with opportunities for on-site training and growth.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to read and understand written work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble filters by placing media into frames and securing with bolts, staples, etc.
• Clean excess urethane from filter frame before moving to the next stage.
• Verify frame is square per specifications.
• Measure and maintain pleat count where applicable.
• Produce quality filters meeting company specs in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• Assemble filters - put various types of media into pre-assembled filter frames; pour urethane and secure together by various measures, such as, bolts staples, etc.
• Clean off excess urethane from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage (where applicable).
• Confirm frame is square based on the filter specifications provided.
• Measure and maintain correct pleat count (where applicable).
• Produce quality filters and meet Company specifications in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to read and understand written work instructions.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

• 6 months' experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
