Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assemble filters – put various types of media into pre-assembled filter frames; pour urethane and secure together by various measures such as bolts, staples, etc.
• Clean off excess urethane from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage (where applicable).
• Confirm frame is square based on the filter specifications provided.
• Measure and maintain correct pleat count (where applicable).
• Produce quality filters and meet company specifications in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Technical Requirements

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to read and understand written work instructions.

Knowledge & Experience

6 months’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Licenses & Certifications

License or certificates in any of the above-mentioned trade skills are beneficial.
