Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies seeks a Production Associate I in Orlando to support fruit preparation, cleaning, and staging in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality while maintaining organized workspaces and following sanitation protocols.

The position is a 3-month assignment with Sunday–Friday shifts 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM and overtime as needed. No machinery operation is required; PPE is provided and nails/jewelry rules apply for food

Responsibilities

• Wash, prep, peel, and cut fresh fruit according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production and staging areas.
• Ensure raw product storage areas remain clean and orderly.
• Remove empty boxes, trash, and other debris promptly.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Report incidents, accidents, or safety concerns immediately to management.
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Complete all assigned duties efficiently and safely.

Job Title: Production Associate I

Location: Orlando, FL, USA 32809

Duration: 3 months

Work Schedule: Sunday - Friday 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Employees will receive one additional scheduled day off, which will be assigned upon their start date.)

Overtime: Approximately 2-4 hours per week, based on business needs.

Work Environment

• Cold- temperature production environment.
• Standing and walking for the majority of the shift.
