Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Associate I for a 2+ month assignment at our Pompano Beach, FL site.

You will work in a refrigerated production area on fruit and vegetable processing lines, rotating through multiple duties to support packaging and shipping. Responsibilities include operating processing equipment, labeling and sealing products, maintaining clean workspaces, and adhering to strict food safety and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Steel-toe boots required on Day 1.
• Experience in fast-paced food production preferred.
• Must be available for Monday–Saturday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fruits and vegetables using knives, peelers, and processing equipment.
• Operate or assist with food preparation machinery.
• Lift and transfer finished product containers for drying and processing.
• Feed finished products into sealing and packaging equipment.
• Seal, label, package, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain staging areas and raw product storage locations.
• Remove waste and keep workspace clean and safe.
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures.

Job description

Job Title: Production Associate I

Location: 2300 NW 19th St, Pompano Beach , FL , USA , 33069

Duration: 2+ Months

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Saturday
• Off on Sunday and one additional day during the week
• Employees must be present and ready for the daily stand-up meeting by 8:55 AM
• Shift end times vary based on production demands, typically between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, but may end earlier when production goals are met

Interview: Group Tour 10/21 @ 10 AM EST

Work Environment

• Refrigerated production room maintained at approximately 37F
• Employees will work in a fast-paced food production setting
• Steel-toe boots are required on Day 1

Essential Job Duties

Production Associates may rotate among the following duties:

• Preparing fruits and vegetables using knives, peelers, and processing equipment
• Operating or assisting with food preparation machinery
• Lifting and transferring finished product containers for drying and processing
• Feeding finished products into sealing and packaging equipment
• Sealing, labeling, packing, and preparing products for shipment
• Maintaining staging areas and raw product storage locations
• Removing empty boxes, waste, and other materials to ensure a clean and safe workspace
• Following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
