Position Summary

The goal of the Production Associate is to optimize employee and equipment effectiveness and efficiency and to reduce waste and meet company objectives. Works under direct guidance of Team Lead.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understands and complies with company food safety program and regulatory requirements to ensure the safe production of food.
• Complies with company safety/environmental program and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrates company values and vivid vision.
• Complete all tasks with honesty and integrity.
• Participates in preventing errors occurring in production.
• Maintaining a clean, organized and audit ready work station at all times.
• Ensures that production and food safety documents are accurate and completed.
• Completes timely changeovers between production runs.
• Consistently meets performance expectations.
• Performs other projects/tasks/assignments as assigned
