Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Fresh Cuts Associate to support the Line Leader on the production line. You will help with packing or processing tasks while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation.

Expected to be observant, report issues to the Line Leader, and contribute to continuous improvement with teammates. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided in a fast-paced food production environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a food production, warehouse, or general labor role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned packing or processing tasks on the production line.

JOB SUMMARY

The Fresh Cuts Associate is responsible for supporting the Line Leader with day-to-day activities on the production line. This includes maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area while efficiently completing packing or processing tasks. The Fresh Cuts Associate must be observant, identify issues proactively, and communicate potential improvements to the Line Leader.
