Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking Production Associate I in Auburndale, FL to support daily meat production in a cold storage environment. This role requires accurate preparing, weighing, packaging, and storing meat products to meet customer specifications while maintaining quality and food safety standards.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, storing products, following safety procedures, and collaborating with a team during a 4 PM–11:30 PM shift on a 4-month assignment.

Qualifications

• Previous production, warehouse, or food processing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated/cold storage environment for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
