Job summary

Worthington Steel is hosting a Production Associate Hiring Event in Monroe, Ohio. Training starts on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) for 2–6 weeks, then permanent 2nd or 3rd shifts with premium pay.

Starting wage is $20.00/hour, with $1.50/hour or $0.75/hour shift premiums. Benefits include Day 1 medical, dental & vision, plus 401(k) with company match and more. We value dependable, hands-on workers who show up on time, perform quality work, and thrive in a team setting.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.

About the Opportunity

Schedule

Training begins on 1st Shift (7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) for approximately 2 to 6 weeks before transitioning to one of the following permanent shifts:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (+$2.00/hour)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. (+$2.00/hour)

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or mechanical experience
• Experience operating industrial equipment or machinery
