Worthington Enterprises in Jefferson Township is hiring Production Associates for the 3rd shift (11pm-7am, Sun–Thu). You will safely manufacture quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line, including welding, testing, and material handling.

The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus, $1,000 after year one, overtime pay, profit sharing, comprehensive benefits from day one, and on-site barbershop. Training and tuition assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle physical, repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with part numbers, sizes, and quality detection.
• Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

We are hiring for Production Associates on 3rd (11pm-7am Sunday through Thursday) shift. Here in Jefferson, we produce cylinders used in heating systems, refrigerant recovery, and fire suppression. Sounds cool, right?

In this role, Production Associates are responsible for safely manufacturing quality parts on a fast-paced assembly line.
