Job summary

Worthington Steel is hosting a Production Associate Hiring Event in Monroe, Ohio. Training starts on 1st shift (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) for 2–6 weeks, then permanent 2nd or 3rd shifts with premium pay.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to consistent attendance.
• Ability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift after training on 1st shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical, repetitive work.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate steel processing equipment.
• Load, unload, and move steel materials.
• Package and inspect finished products.
