Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC is hiring a Production Associate in Cincinnati, OH. You will be responsible for proper packaging of materials and finished products, moving materials, and supporting plant safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include weighing/packaging, operating equipment such as detectors and labelers, and ensuring GMP standards are met. This role offers a 1st shift (6am-2pm), Monday–Friday with weekends as needed, in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse or factory experience preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE.
• Pack, weigh, and label items for shipment.
• Operate production equipment and assist lines as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and inspect for defects.
• Assist with sanitation and maintain GMP standards.
