ARXG by Reconomy is seeking a Production Associate for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota location. This on-site role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can learn and grow, be dependable, and maintain a positive attitude to complete tasks efficiently.

The Production Associate will support manufacturing operations, operate equipment, perform quality checks, and help package finished goods for shipping while complying with safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed.
• Operate machines, tools, and equipment as needed in the production process.
• Assemble products according to specifications with guidance from supervisors.
• Perform quality checks on the completed output.
• Package finished goods for shipping and maintain a clean work area.
