Job summary

ARXG by Reconomy is seeking a Production Associate for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota location. This on-site role requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic who can learn and grow, be dependable, and maintain a positive attitude to complete tasks efficiently.

The Production Associate will support manufacturing operations, operate equipment, perform quality checks, and help package finished goods for shipping while complying with safety guidelines and company standards.

About The Role

We are seeking an on-site, motivated Production Associate for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable, and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done! The American Security Cabinets division is a manufacturer of a large, diverse line of secure metal cabinetry for recycling purposes that enables the safe collection of a diverse range of items, including post-consumer materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed
• Operate machines, tools, and equipment as needed in the production process
• Assemble products according to specifications that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead, or Supervisor
• Perform quality checks on the completed output
• Package finished goods for shipping
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We Need From You

• Ability to work in a variety of roles, both independently and as part of a team
• Adhere to safety guidelines
• Work efficiently
• Meet company production standards with limited supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions
• Previous production experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Good hand/eye dexterity
