Job summary

ARXG by Reconomy is seeking a Production Associate 1 at our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota location. On-site role requiring reliability, a strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow. You’ll participate in manufacturing activities, quality checks, and packaging finished goods.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team, adheres to safety guidelines, and maintains a positive attitude daily.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a variety of roles, both independently and as part of a team.
• Adhere to safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently to meet production standards.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.
• Previous production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Good hand/eye dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing process in areas as needed.
• Operate machines, tools, and equipment as needed in the production process.
• Assemble products according to specifications that meet company standards with guidance and direction from a Production Associate 2 or 3, Production Lead, or Supervisor.
• Perform quality checks on the completed output.
• Package finished goods for shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

We are seeking an on-site, motivated Production Associate 1 for our Sauk Rapids, Minnesota, location. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, be willing to learn and grow, be dependable, and come in each day with a positive attitude and desire to get things done!
