Job description

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows for customers by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches, and drills.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and practice safe work practices on all projects.
• Assist production and be open to cross‑training.
• Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or construction (preferred).

Skills & Knowledge:

• Work in a fast‑paced production environment and maintain quality focus.
• Commit daily to safety.
• Demonstrate a good attendance record and can‑do attitude.
• Reading a tape measure is required.
• Apply concepts to practical situations.
• Read, write, and communicate in English sufficient for job duties.

Physical & Environmental Demands

• Bend, twist, squat, reach, grasp, stand, walk, and perform fine manipulation with fingers.
• Lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below waist.
• Perform vision tasks such as close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth differentiation.
• Expose to excessive noise, dust, fumes, or chemicals on the shop floor.
• Intermittently exposed to inclement weather.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Work in various departments.
