Production Associate Full-time (Finance)

Job Title: Production Associate

Job Summary

Sort salable from salvage material and prepare merchandise for sale, supporting the production plant and retail operations.

Pay Rate: $16.82/hour

Essential Functions

1. Remove salvage material and garbage from salable goods.
2. Evaluate and determine product value.
3. Prepare salable goods for the retail store.
4. Maintain production tallies.
5. Maintain adequate merchandise in the retail store.
6. Identify goods for special sales and auctions.
7. Process and remove unsold items as appropriate.
8. Maintain supplies inventory.
9. Maintain a clean work environment.
10. Demonstrate safe work practices through awareness and observation in support of a safety culture; report any potential hazards or accidents.
11. Build and maintain internal and external customer satisfaction.
12. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
• Experience: None required

Essential Physical Abilities:

• Lifting and carrying 30 - 40 pounds.
• Developed fine motor control (grasp, handle, manipulate objects with fingers).
• Standing for long periods; frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, pushing; climbing ladders.
• Able to travel across various surfaces (stairs, ramps, uneven terrain).
