Produce Production Associate - Full Time

Do you love great food and great people? If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Produce team. We’re looking for someone passionate about learning our seasonal department. Each of our DLM Produce departments is certified organic, offering high-quality fruits and vegetables, an artisan salad bar, and a variety of cut products. We seek a self-motivated associate to help prepare fresh fruits, craft, and maintain our artisan salad bar. Tasks include cutting, prepping, rotating selections, managing shrink, and maintaining organization. Applicants must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

What You'll Do:

1. Wash, cut, and prep fresh produce
2. Create displays for our salad bar
3. Ensure food safety standards are maintained
4. Assist with inventory, rotation, and shrink control
5. Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A desire to provide honestly better food and service
• Knowledge of food safety
• Willingness to learn about and taste great food
