Produce Production Associate - Full Time

Do you love great food and great people?If so, you may be the perfect fit for our Produce team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about learning our most seasonal department. Each of our DLM Produce departments are certified organic, and offer the best quality fruits and vegetables. Within each Produce department, we feature an artisan salad bar, and a wide array of cut product. We are looking for an associate that is self-motivated, and skilled help prepare fresh fruits and to assist in crafting and maintaining our artisan salad bar. Tasks include but are not limited to cutting, prepping and rotating selections, managing shrink, and maintaining organization. Applicants must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

What You'll Do:

• Wash, cut, and prep fresh produce product
• Craft creative displays for our salad bar
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety in all areas of production
• Assist in maintaining inventory, rotation and shrink control
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• A desire to make folks happy by providing Honestly Better Food and Service.
• Knowledge of food safety.
• A willingness to learn about and taste great food.
• A willingness to practice theDLM Team Values:Be Honest, Safe, Helpful, and Hard-Working
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must have weekend and holiday availability.

Physical Requirements:
