Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Production Associate for our corrugated facility in Martinsville, VA. You will operate equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance in a team-based environment.

The role offers 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities with potential overtime, holidays, and weekends. Orientation starts on the 1st shift, and you may be assigned to different shifts after orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/industrial or military environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment to defined standards and product specs.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping to support equipment reliability.
• Complete daily inspections and downtime reports.
• Cross-train and support other operators during breaks or absences.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required safety equipment.
• Willingness to work any shift as required by business needs.
